Every site runs through our own Cloudflare filtering — edge WAF, geo-fencing, active bot mitigation. Your domain stays registered wherever it already is; we just take over DNS so traffic gets filtered before it ever reaches the server.

Here's the real request path, and exactly what's boundaried at each stage.
In plain English: every site here runs under its own Linux user account with its own PHP process — its own lsphp worker, its own filesystem permissions. A compromised plugin on one site can't read, write, or reach another site's files, because the operating system itself won't allow it. Tested directly: one account cannot see another's files, even as an admin action from inside the account.

Security isn't just a checkbox. When a new vulnerability or attack pattern shows up, the server and the application get looked at together — actual traffic, processes, logs, and application behavior, not just a plugin's dashboard telling you everything's fine. Real, recent examples from our own infrastructure: catching and blocking a coordinated exploit campaign targeting a known Next.js middleware vulnerability before it touched a single site; tracing a WooCommerce order-confirmation email that silently stopped sending back to a shipping-plugin compatibility issue and fixing it at the source; tuning PHP worker limits after traffic patterns changed, instead of just watching a site slow down.
To be precise about what that isolation does and doesn't mean: your site's files and PHP execution are boundaried from every other site on this server. The server itself, the network, and Cloudflare's edge are shared infrastructure. Cloudflare filters malicious traffic before it reaches the server; it doesn't make the origin invulnerable. No hosting setup, ours included, replaces keeping WordPress and its plugins updated.
Straightforward pricing. What you see is what you pay — no add-ons that show up later, no rate that jumps after the first year. Pay annually for the best rate, or month-to-month for a couple bucks more.
Each tier builds on the one below it — Local Presence is the floor, Standard adds a real customized build and active management, Portfolio adds real media management on top of that, and E-Commerce adds a full custom build plus everything a live store needs. Design work scales with the tier: template customization at Standard and Portfolio, a from-scratch build at E-Commerce. Custom programming beyond that — bespoke integrations, shipping logic, one-off features — gets scoped and quoted separately, not buried in the monthly rate.
No fine-print uptime SLA — we're renting space on someone else's backbone and can't promise what's outside our control. What is guaranteed is everything on our side: tuned, secured, and monitored. If the infrastructure itself has an issue, we're the one who opens the ticket and fights it — any credit that comes back goes to you.
These prices are sized for what we'd call a standard site — most businesses fit comfortably inside them. Not every site does, and that's fine: tell us what you're actually running and we'll size the plan to match, usually for a small monthly bump rather than forcing you into a whole different tier. That's the real advantage of running on our own VPS instead of a shared box — room to grow without hitting a wall the software itself can't get past.
Client list stays intentionally small — onboarding is by request, not instant signup.
Your domain stays registered wherever it already is — nothing to transfer. We only take over DNS management (through our own Cloudflare account) so every request to your site gets filtered at the edge before it reaches the server. That's the part Bluehost and shared hosts skip entirely.
Custom email address on your own domain (you@yourbusiness.com)? Every tier includes a real mailbox with secure webmail access — that's the default we point people to, works from any browser, no setup. Don't want another inbox to check? We'll forward it to one you already use, like Gmail, instead. Want it working directly inside a mail app like Outlook or your phone's mail client? That needs a static IP to authenticate against our mail server — available on E-Commerce & High Speed.

Running e-commerce sites continuously since 1997, starting with Creative Productions in Santa Barbara, founded 1995 (SBCreative.com, still owned today) — back when sites were hand-built HTML in Dreamweaver and order data moved through the original QuickBooks connector. That grew into RX8Garage.net and then MazdaParts.com, two auto-parts stores built and run from the ground up before both were later sold; EneloopStore.com, built on Amazon's early WebStore platform; a handful of seasonal specialty stores for LED lighting and holiday candles, switched on and off with the season; and DepotEco.com, which ran on Pinnacle Cart for years before moving to WooCommerce. Along the way came a run as an early-invited seller on Amazon.com back when that door was still new — still active there today, mostly under DepotEco's name, though anyone who's sold on Amazon recently knows it's a lot harder to make money there than it used to be. Alongside the e-commerce work: graphic and video editing, theatrical production management, and other corners of the media and entertainment world. Standard is built for brochure, blog, and presentation sites — low resource footprint, infrequent changes. Portfolio & Listings is for image-heavy sites without a storefront — real estate listings, photography, digital art portfolios — more media storage, and help keeping it trimmed to what's actually live. E-Commerce & High Speed is for live stores handling real transactions — more server headroom, more active monitoring, and it's where things like QuickBooks sync apply. If your site is simple, you don't need to size up.

No. If you've got products, physical or digital, and just need somewhere to sell them, we can build a small storefront around just your products, or set you up with your own category or page on a site we already run — DepotEco, VolcanoSwitch, or a subdomain of our own. We track inventory and send you the order when something sells — you handle fulfillment. We build the page, hand you the link, and get it connected to your social media for you. From there, driving customers to it is on you — your own following, Facebook, eBay, wherever your customers already are. If you'd rather run paid ads instead — Google, Facebook, whatever fits — we can help you set that up too. What we can't do is flip a switch and make people find the page on its own; no one can promise that.
